Returning to the Building
Are we ready to return to SUUS. Choose all that apply.

I will return as soon as it is deemed safe by our Covid-19 Team and in accordance with any guidelines they mandate.
I will return when my family and I are fully vaccinated
I am ready to attend outside events and outside worship when/if offered
I am ready to attend small group meetings inside
I am ready to attend socially distanced inside worship services. (Reservations required)
I will return when all can return in full numbers for worship services.
It is important for SUUS to offer both an in-person service and a live-stream service at the same time.
It is important to have access to a video of in-person services to watch at my convenience
I am comfortable to have my children return to inside Faith Formation classes with masks and physical distancing before vaccines are approved for those under 16
SUUS should require people to confirm their vaccination status.before entering the building
